Terms of Business

Set out below are the terms upon which Cox Peel & Partners will act for you as agents in the sale of your property. Upon instructing us, these terms will be confirmed to you in writing and you will be asked to sign and return a copy of the letter.

Sole Agency
You will be liable to pay us commission at the rate of 1.5% of the sale price. The fee is payable only upon completion of the sale of the property.

Multiple Agency
Should you instruct one or more agents, you will be liable to pay us commission at the rate of 2% upon completion of the sale of the property.

Valuation
The agreed asking price is not a formal valuation but a guideline to the expected sale price in prevailing market conditions.

Termination
The agency Agreement between us may be terminated by either you or us giving written notice.
